RPP 3.5 #1: TENGA Flip Hole Red (RPP #102)

If there is a toy that I have a love - hate relationship is the TENGA Flip Hole series. They do their purpose, but they are noisy and often temperamental. I got the Red version of the series on an E-Bay auction for a reduced price and can say it is my favorite Flip Hole.

Verdict: The Flip Hole Red is a good toy to have if you are looking for a toy that does not look like a pussy. The textures are less intense than the ones in the Flip Hole Black, but they do an excellent job.

The Website is live (more or less...)

Well, I finally managed to work out most of the content for CASQUETERO.COM and published a BETA version of the website...

As of today, the website has the reviews I made between 2010 and 2012 divided by category. The categories are:

• Fleshlights - Toys sold by ILF / Fleshlight and Fleshjack
• Japanese toys - Toys made in Japan (and some from Korea).
• American toys - Toys distributed by the big US companies: Doc Johnson, Pipedream, Nasstoys, California Exotics, and others

• Solid dolls - Reviews and pictures of solid sex dolls available in the US.
• Hands-free toys - Toys that do not need for you to move...
• Chinese toys - Toys made and sold by Chinese companies
• Smaller manufacturers - These are the toys made by artisans and specialty websites such as Novelleco and Bad-Dragon.

I also added categories for prostate massagers, toys you can use with your partner, and even some accessories to aid on your sex life.

Some new things

• Standard RPP Score: from now on, toys will be scored based on 5 categories (Feedback, Orgasm BuildUp, Realism, Durability, and Value). Older reviews are being updated with this new scale. 
• Rating File: Every month, I will post a file with the rankings of the toys I had reviewed. The toys will be ranked using the new RPP score and will be ranked by Total Score and each one of the categories used.
• E-books: I will be posting free e-books dealing with toys, rankings, and other information.
• Casa Casquetero: I am considering adding a web forum to the site, but I am still checking out the different packages available.

Unlike the blog, the website requires some money spending. To earn a few $$$ to maintain and improve the website, I am doing two things: the STORE and becoming affiliated to companies I like.

Casque Tees - I opened a simple store with Spreadshirt to sell t-shirts. I did the initial designs, which I will be changing every two months. The shirts prices range between $15 and $40 depending on the shirt quality. I make about $4 per shirt - the rest is profit for Spreadshirt...

Affiliate Programs: I am joining the affiliate programs of companies I respect and know. So far, I had received the approval of Pink Cherry and Extreme Restraints, two of the companies I had bought frequently.

RPP 3.0 #48: TENGA 3D Polygon Stroker (RPP #101)

Have you ever wanted to fuck a sculpture? Apparently the guys at Japanese mega-known company TENGA had that question in mind when they designed their 3D series. I recently got one of these toys courtesy of my pals from Beyond Exquisites, who carry both American and Japanese toys (including the meikis) and decided to answer that question for myself... and the answer was YES!

General Description

When you see the TENGA 3D Polygon the first thing coming to your mind is how beautiful this sculpture is. In fact, the whole 3D series is designed to look like miniature sculptures to show on your desk or bookcase - they are definitively the most discrete masturbators in the market today. With their white color and black minimalist base, they don't look like a sex toy at all. 

That changes when you remove the sleeve from the base revealing a rod that doubles as a drying stand. When you remove the sleeve from the base, you then realize that the masturbator's texture is the artistic shape you had been admiring - you turn the sleeve inside out so the polygons you had been admiring become the texture that will stimulate your penis!

The sleeve is relatively small, measuring about 4 inches long by almost 2 inches diameter.You can consider the sleeve small, but the material is soft and elastic, so it will accommodate to your size given that you are not a Japanese tentacle monster.

The 3D Polygon includes a sample of TENGA's Real lotion so you can try this toy as soon you take it out of the package.

Review

Of course, the TENGA 3D Polygon is beautiful and discrete, but the important question is IS IT GOOD?

I will say that it is. The polygons are not too inspiring to fuck, but knowing TENGA products, they wont sell the product if the design did not work. Once you turn the sleeve inside out and lube it, the polygons form a nice tunnel with peaks all around to keep your penis happy.

The sleeve is very comfortable to use thanks to the soft material used by TENGA, and in fact is less intense than expected. It allows you to control the orgasm build-up and when you are ready, just squeeze the stroker to feel the polygons' peaks to push over the limit.

Cleaning is easy thanks to the fact that the toy is designed to be turned inside out, so you can clean it completely and just leave in open air to dry in a few hours.

Verdict:
The TENGA 3D Polygon is a solid product, specially if you are looking for a toy that is discrete and easy to clean. The texture is comfortable to use, even if it looks intimidating due to the polygons. Once you get used to the material, it becomes a great toy for long sessions.

FYI:
I used the included sample of TENGA real lotion and Slick Specialist lube for my sessions with the 3D Polygon. My Love Venus R helped for the hands-free sessions.

Well, Casquetero.com was not launched on July 20 as expected...

My injured hand decided to go on strike and had been hurting like hell since last week. My witch doctor gave me a few pills and a compression glove to avoid inflammation when typing (and surprisingly it helps), but I can only type at my lowest speed ever besides pecking at single keys!

Doll Review: 1-AM's Natasha (TC1101)

As you guys know, I am working on the new website - and it has been a nightmare! First, I realized how much I have forgotten about web design - the last time I made a website was 8 years ago - and then I injured my right hand. Nothing major, but it stills hurts when I type... But the plan is to launch Casquetero.com before July 20.

But as busy as I could be with the website and other things I have to do this month, I don't stop trying new toys. It's an addiction! :)

The latest toy is a small Chinese solid doll from my pals at 1-AM. They recently launched their American website - IAMDollUSA.com - offering a selection of dolls manufactured by their company in China. They have inflatables, fabric, silicone, and even TPE dolls, but I went for their smallest and lightest solid doll: Natasha.

The doll

Natasha is one of the entry level models of 1-AM. It is a small doll (47 inches tall) and it looks like one of those "My Size" dolls targeted to girls, but modified so it has sexual capabilities. That is the controversial part of the doll - at first look, it seems to be a modified kid's toy. But those are just first impressions.

In "person" the doll is more mature than expected. The doll is the same height as a 6-years old girl, but its proportions are of a young grown-up. The body has adult definition and shape with its torso having curves on the right places to hint a developed body. The breasts IMO are the best part - a pair of silicone breasts that look and feel great. Of course, the genital area had been modified so a big masturbator (included with the doll) fits easily. The doll is made of plasticized rubber which is hollow, but 1AM fills the body with poly-fill adding weight and consistency to the material. All the body with the exception of the breasts is made of the same rubber material.

The doll is a sturdy little woman, with legs and arms that rotate 360 degrees. She is able to support most of her own weight (about 13 pounds) and being light, she is easy to "play" with.

Introducing "Natalia"

When you order the doll  at IAMDollUSA.com , you have the chance of selecting between two faces - the standard "Asian" face (available with either black, brown, or blonde rooted hair) or a more mature looking "European" face (available with blonde rooted hair). Regardless of the options chosen, the doll arrives ready to use, dress with simple lingerie and the masturbator.

The ordering process is relatively easy since you can use the order page on the website or email your order to their representative in the US. Either way, you can expect your doll in the given period of time. My Natasha arrived 12 days after I paid her, even when my order arrived during a Chinese holiday.

The Masturbator

The included masturbator is a big closed ended toy with vaginal and anal orifices. The vaginal  orifice has a realistic texture that is enjoyable with moderately high stimulation while the anal orifice has a shorter depth and is smooth. Personally, I enjoyed more the vaginal orifice and placed a small bullet vibrator inside the anal canal.

Using the doll

The Natasha doll is really easy to use. First, it is light, allowing you to move her around with one hand without issue. Second, it is small - at barely 4 feet tall, it is easily concealed in a closet or inside a carry-on bag after you disassemble the head and limbs (which are pretty easy to remove and replace).  The legs and arms rotate to allow basic positions, not as many  as a high-end doll, but many more than expected. The material is strong and resistant, so you can be creative with your Natasha.

Two things: You can easily pop the limbs out during play, but they are easy to replace to continue the session. The second is the hair. The doll comes with your selection of black, brown, or blonde hair but be warned that it is rooted hair. If you are not a big fan of rooted hair, you can cut it and use wigs with your doll, just like I did.

If you don't like the included masturbator, you can replace it with a similar sized sleeve. I used the AINO Mature Vagina with my Natasha doll (named Natalia) and although not a perfect fit, it worked nicely to add some variety.

The Natasha is a good introduction to solid dolls. If you want to experiment with a solid doll and don't have too much space or want something easy to move and store, this doll is perfect for you. With a price below $400, it is a good durable doll to have in your harem.

RPP 3.0 #47: AINO Mature Vagina (RPP #100)

Recently, a reader of this blog pointed that you could buy Japanese sex toys in Amazon. Although true, most of the Asian toys I found in Amazon were not Japanese - they were Chinese! You have your TENGA and NPG products, but you will also find Chinese brands like AINO. This Chinese company has begun to show their products in the USA and they are a good option for those who simply cannot afford $80 for a high-end meiki. Are they worth at least half of that? Let's see the review! 

General Description

The AINO Vagina comes in two models - Girl and Mature. Externally, both look exactly the same, but their canal designs are different. The main difference among both models is the width of the canals, with the Girl being the tight model and the Mature a very loose one with pronounced G-Spots.

Both toys are closed end toys, meaning they will have a nice suction (and will make those cute pussy farts noises). They on the medium size, measuring about 5.5 inches long and 3 inches on their widest part. They are on the heavy side, weighting 17 ounces (about 490 grams) and are made of the infamous TPE material.

Review

To begin, AINO doesn't spend much on packaging. When you buy this toy, it comes in a sealed poly / metallic bag with the product identification  label and nothing else - no cute graphics or photos, no lube sample... nothing.

The material will have a rubbery odor common to TPE products. It will decrease after a few days, but some people are very sensitive to this smell, so you are warned.

The important thing is how does it feel - and the Mature Vagina feels good... The texture is not too intense, being on the more realistic spectrum of toys and as expected, it feels loose and comfy when you penetrate it. The G-spots on this toy are very pronounced, so when your penis begin to swallow before orgasm they hit you like a wall of bricks. The toy will allow you to build up your pleasure and you will find yourself fucking this toy without mercy.

Cleaning is pretty standard  for closed end toys. Just be sure to clean completely after use and allow to dry before storing.

With prices ranging between the $15 (E-bay) and the $25 (Amazon), the AINO Mature Vagina is an excellent option for those wanting to experience a realistic toy, but don't have $80  on the budget for toys. Be warned that the toy has a rubber smell that can be strong during the first few uses.

Yes, I finally decided to open an "official" website: Casquetero.com

Since I am still in the design phase, the website will be up and running by mid July (hopefully) and will have the following:

• Articles and other stuff I find interesting...

Why a website? Well, for starters it is a lot easier to keep "archives" on a website since I can control directly the organization of the site. Also, Blogger is implementing new rules for adult-themed blogs and I don't want them to delete it due to a link. 

I plan to keep the blog mostly to comment on news or about new sex toys I see around.
