RPP 3.0 #42: Spider Masturbator (RPP #94)

Years ago, I saw this weird toy that had a suction cup at one end so you could stick it to the bathroom wall for your hands free sessions. The concept was interesting, although I was more interested in the texture - a meiki-like interior texture with a sleeve that looked almost the same as a Fleshlight.

The toy was the Korean made Spider by GLC. It was sold originally in the US by different companies, but their distribution fell under the lawsuit filed by IFL two years ago, so the toy became a collector's item with a price tag above $150. Too much for a plastic vagina...until I found one on E-Bay for $70. At that price, I bought the one I am reviewing today.

Is the Spider another "so-so" masturbator, or it is a shame that it is barely sold in the US? Lets go to the review to find out!

General Description
The Spider is a HUGE toy - it measures 11 inches long by 3.5 inches diameter and weights about 1.5 pounds. The toy is available in two versions: White (vaginal) and Black (anal), each one with a different realistic texture. I got the White Spider with the vaginal entrance and the "Realism" texture.

The idea behind the Spider was a Fleshlight that you could use hands free by attaching to a wall or table. In fact, the Spider "copied" the exterior design of the FL, encasing a sleeve with a hard plastic shell. Hell, the sleeve of the Spider has an orifice that screams "Fleshlight"... but the texture is a complete different game.

The "Realism" texture is a realistic, curved, tight tunnel with a G-spot, everything covered completely with arrays of rounded bumps. That is something that Fleshlight had been unable to develop, so in that account,  the Spider is an innovative product. A texture made of bumps is usually intense, so I expected the Spider to be a wild ride.

Review
The Spider delivered on the intensity, even when I never used it on the shower or over a table.  Once you penetrate the sleeve, you feel all the bumps surrounding your penis and simply taking you to orgasm... hard. The material is slightly firmer than the regular Fleshlight, so the texture feels more pronounced than expected. "Realism" is designed to feel real, but because of the firmness of the material, it becomes a dominatrix just having fun in driving you mad with intensity. Orgasms with this toy were hard, strong, and really toe-curling - specially when trying to hold them!

Personally, I find masturbating while standing a very uncomfortable idea and the bottom of my desk did not provide a good surface for the suction cup, so I haven't used that feature of the Spider. (If I ever use the suction cup, I will update this review.)

The sleeve is an open ended one, so is as easy to clean as your average Fleshlight.

Score:
Immediate Feedback: 5/5
Orgasm Buildup: 5/5
Realism:5/5
Tightness: 5/5
Tear and Wear: 5/5
Hygiene: 4/5
Maintenance: 5/5
Use: 5/5

Value: High
Preference: Very High

Total score:  39 / 40

Verdict:
It is a shame that the Spider is such an expensive toy. Even Omocha Dreams, one of their distributors, sells it at 100 euros ($128), which in my opinion is too expensive for a toy that is too similar to a Fleshlight - which cost no more than $70. At $70 - $80, the Spider is a must have... if you find it!

FYI:
I used Silky Lube for the sessions with the Spider.

No more signature textures for Fleshlight Girls!

Yesterday, Fleshlight announced via Twitter that there were changes to their Fleshlight Girls line of toys. Every single loyal FLyer was waiting for the news. What was it? New porn stars? Lower prices? A "create your own porn star" option?

Try Again...

The answer came in an e-mail later. ILF is eliminating the signature texture from the Fleshlight Girls line. No more Stoya's Destroya, or Misty's Bump 'n' Grind, or Tori's Torrid. Nope. After the current inventory is sold, the Girls will be available only with the Lotus (vaginal), Forbidden (anal), and Swallow (oral). The same standardization will affect the Flesh Jack Boys lineup. So bye bye to the signature textures from Fleshlight...

This announcement had raised lots of reactions in the Fleshlight Forum, with most people calling it a "WTF!" moment for ILF. Honestly, I hope that ILF keep these textures around to revamp their "classic" lineup. If they simply toss pieces of art like the Revel, Destroya, Barracuda, Torrid, and Twista to the archives then I will join the chorus of "WTF, Fleshlight, WTF!"

RPP 3.0 #41: Fleshlight's Flight Navigator (a.k.a. Flight MD) (RPP #93)

When I saw the first photos of the new Flight Navigator (also known as the Flight M.D.), I thought the guys at Fleshlight had gone crazy. Why would anyone want a semen collection cup at the end of their FL? Well, apparently someone at ILF has a weird sense of humor - or a weird semen collection fetish - and included a graded specimen cup to a FL so you can measure how much juice you shoot after a session. As if I would make a record of how much I cum every time I masturbate! (Which I maybe start doing now that I have the Navigator...)
Is the Navigator good enough to justify a specimen collection cup? Lets go to the review to find out!

General Description
The Navigator has the same external design of the other Flight toys - Pilot and Instructor - but comes with an additional end cap housing  a graded collection cup like the one used in sperm banks. The toy has both the novelty collection cup and the regular end cap of the Flight line, so it costs a few extra dollars for the novelty. (At the time of writing this, the collection cup was not optional).

The texture is slightly different from the Instructor. It has a similar arrangement of bumps and smooth surfaces, but the navigator bumps are based on the pointy bumps of the Nipple Alley. There are about five rows of these bumps before opening the tunnel to a smooth section that many of us mistook for an ultra tight section. In reality, the smooth section of the sleeve have some slabs of material to tighten the width of the canal just a little bit, but enough to be felt.

With this design, I expected a milder feedback from the Navigator. Because of the wider smooth section, I expected a texture good for long sessions.

Review

I was expecting long sessions with the Navigator  and I got them - ending in awesome orgasms. The bumps are less pronounced that the ones on the Nipple Alley, so they feel less aggressive than them. The smooth section, although it is wider than expected, has a nice narrower entrance, simply caressing your penis in every stroke. If the Pilot and the Instructor are about control, the Navigator is about pleasure.

Flight Navigator (aka Flight MD). Photos: ILF / Fleshlight

The Navigator simply allows you to control the session and enjoy it. Imagine driving a convertible car in a road next to the coast. You are just cruising, enjoying the scenery and the whole trip. Once you arrive at your destination, you have a grin from ear to ear. That's how I felt using the MD. I put a porn movie on the DVD player, took my position in bed and humped this toy at a leisure pace for 30 to 45 minutes before reaching powerful and happy orgasms.

Now I understand why ILF named this toy the MD... It takes off your stress better than any pill!

As all Fleshlight / FleshJack toys, cleaning is as easy as just running water through the toy.

Score:

Immediate Feedback: 5/5
Orgasm Buildup: 5/5
Realism:4/5
Tightness: 4/5
Tear and Wear: 5/5
Hygiene: 5/5
Maintenance: 5/5
Use: 5/5

Value: High
Preference: Very High

Total score:  38 / 40

Verdict:
The Flight Navigator is the perfect toy for those looking for a compact and discrete toy for long sessions. The collection cup adds a novelty factor, but I could not care less about it.

FYI:
I used Silky Lube and ID Glide as the lubricants for my sessions with the Navigator. ID Glide sucks, feeling sticky and stringy after a few minutes. Silky worked great with this toy, allowing me to complete the session without reapplying. My trusted C18 Alexa and my new C18 Elena (a rescued C18 Taffy doll) helped me during the hands-free sessions.

RPP 3.0 #39: FleshJack Revel (Mick Lovell) (RPP #91)

So, today's review is about another FleshJack toy: the Revel texture. It is the signature texture for Mick Lovell, but as you know, with toys it really does not matter. What matters here is how good is the texture... so let's go to the review!

General Description
The FleshJack Revel has a little bit of everything - big nubs, small nubs, ribs, rings, chambers - you name it, the Revel has it. The entrance has two rows of nubs followed by a ring of material. Then, you find an array of mid-sized nubs, small nubs and ribs twisted so you always get a taste of everything at each stroke.
With that design, the Revel promised to be an intense ride... but it delivered intensity in a complete different way...

Review
The Revel is intense, but not as I expected. Instead of raw intensity, the Revel keeps you on the edge while you use it. The texture's design somehow  makes you feel close to orgasm after a few minutes and then keeps you on that level unlike the more aggressive textures. Once you reach the point of no return, orgasms are brutal. I was totally spent after my sessions with the Revel, so anytime I want a draining session, this toy will be one of my picks.

As all Fleshlight / FleshJack toys, cleaning is as easy as just running water through the toy.

Score:
Immediate Feedback: 5/5
Orgasm Buildup: 5/5
Realism:4/5
Tightness: 4/5
Tear and Wear: 5/5
Hygiene: 5/5
Maintenance: 5/5
Use: 5/5

Value: High
Preference: High

Total score:  38 / 40

Verdict:
The Revel is one of the best orgasm builder textures made by FleshJack. This toy takes you close to orgasm pretty quickly and then keeps you there as long as you want. Highly recommended!

FYI:
I used Silky Lube as the lubricant for my sessions with the Revel. The Meiki Plush Doll helped me during the hands-free sessions.

RPP 3.0 #38: Tsubomi Masturbator (RPP #90)

Apparently, flat masturbators are all the rage in Japan. Months ago, I reviewed the Sakura Camel Toe masturbator and today, I review a masturbator that looks very similar: The Tubomi. They look alike, but the question is: Is the Tubomi a good toy? Lets go to the review and see...

General Description
The Tubomi is another toy in the style of "young girls". In fact the word "tubomi" means "blooming" in Japanese, so the idea behind this masturbator is a young girl who just became a woman.
The illustration on the box can be controversial for us in the West - the anime girl in the box looks extremely young - but have in mind that in Japan, the age of consent for sexual intercourse could be as low as 13 years old.

Forgetting the illustration, the toy has a nice look. With a camel toe pussy, a detailed sculpt of the torso (including a belly button), and a flat back, this toy looks like a slightly larger version of the Sakura Camel Toe masturbator. Well, looks can deceive. The Tubomi is a fully functional masturbator. Unlike the Sakura, Tubomi has a double layer construction and an entrance and a tunnel made for an average-sized penis. In addition, the texture in the Tubomi's tunnel is more life-like and pronounced, giving the hint of a better experience.

Review
Penetrating the Tubomi feels like it should - not too tight, but the material grips your penis and visually, seeing the torso bulging to the penetration is one of those cool experiences you want to have with a toy. The texture is realistic and keeps you on the edge - once you are able to find a comfortable position to use this toy.

That was my only issue with this toy. Its shape and weight make it difficult to use as a handheld toy, and forget about using it as an insert. The Tubomi is designed to be used as a table-top toy. Its  flat back is perfect to grip the surface of a table, bed, or one of those cute anime-printed love pillows. If you can masturbate by replicating the missionary position or standing in front of your bed or dining table, this is a toy for you! Personally, it is not the position I like to masturbate, so the toy was a difficult one for me to fully enjoy.

Still, when I was able to find a good setup, the Tubomi gave me really good orgasms. It kept me on the edge for minutes during each session and I had to really fuck this toy to  earn my reward: intense, knee jerking orgasms.

Be aware that if you have a thick or long penis, you can easily break the toy, either at the entry point or by popping through the back.

Score:
Immediate Feedback: 5/5
Orgasm Buildup: 4/5
Realism:5/5
Tightness: 4/5
Tear and Wear: 5/5
Hygiene: 4/5
Maintenance: 5/5
Use: 3/5

Value: Medium-High
Preference: Medium

Total score:  35 / 40

Verdict:
The Tubomi is an interesting toy. It has a good, realistic texture and it is more durable than expected. The score suffered due to my personal preference of use - the toy is best used by simulating the missionary position or by standing in front of a table or the bed. Those positions are not my favorite, so I could not fully enjoy the Tubomi.

FYI:
I used Silky Lube as the lubricant for my sessions with little Tubomi. Thin lubes go well with the realistic but intense texture of this toy...
